I grant Boutique Minis permission to use my likeness in photos and digital media for any publication without compensation. I understand all photos will be owned by Boutique Minis and can be edited or published for lawful purposes. I waive the right to inspect or receive royalties related to these photos. I release Boutique Minis from any claims regarding this authorization. I confirm I am at least 18 years old and consent for myself and my minor child(ren).
